Kathie Spangler has lived both in the Capital Region as well as the North Country and has a strong knowledge of both areas. She has been a full time realtor for over 6 years and her experiences include working with Buyers and Sellers of homes, investment properties, new construction, lake properties and vacant land.

Kathie understands the importance of continuing education and training in order to better serve her clients in an ever changing industry, to be knowledgeable with current real estate law and to be better informed about local markets.

Kathie Spangler has received various top real estate agent awards during the past 6 years. She received a Certificate of Excellence from the Women’s Council of Realtors, in the Capital Region, for being recognized as a top sales producer during the years 2007, 2008 and 2009,and is a top agent with Miranda Real Estate Group.

During the past 4 years, Kathie has served on the Board of Directors with the Warren County Association of Realtors. Since 2009 she continues to serve on the board as the Chairperson of the Community Relations Committee. Kathie is an active participant with the New York State Association of Realtors and as a community member attends meetings throughout the year to learn of the continual changes affecting the real estate market.
